Arthur Flax started Truck Graphics & Racks of Gaithersburg in 2004. The store specializes in vinyl graphics and lettering for trucks, vans and cars. Signs of all kinds are also offered. The store is also a Masterack^R truck equipment distributor and installer.

Mr. Flax has a background as an auto industry writer and editor. He has written about trucks and cars for more than 20 years in publications that include Automotive News, AutoWeek, Automobile and Used Car News.

Mr. Flax first learned about the business of vinyl automotive graphics while running an auto parts manufacturing firm in 1995.

Mr. Flax holds an undergraduate journalism degree from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration degree from Regis University in Denver, CO.
